Children have a few opportunities to help be storytellers this season:
Christmas Eve – children ages 3-5th grade are invited to show up at 4pm for a simple one hour rehearsal before the 5pm Family Christmas Service.
Epiphany Pageant – Children 3-5th grade are invited to participate in a performance on January 5th during worship. The pageant is a collection of songs and storytelling where everyone will have some kind of role. Rehearsals will be during community hour in December.
Each Sunday children are invited (3-5th grade) to participate in Godly Play during worship. They will engage the Biblical stories in a new way
Adopt an Animal! This year we are excited to continue to develop our partnership with Stargazing Animal Farm. You will have an opportunity to adopt an animal or drop off supplies. Check out the Animal Tree in the Sanctuary in order to adopt an animal. You will receive a Christmas ornament to keep which matches the animal you choose to adopt.
